During 20-23 August 2024, Korean Anti-Doping Agency "KADA" Mr. Kijoon Han, senior manager of international relations Dept. and Mr. Dabin Hwang, manager of testing Dept. came to Laos to worked with Lao National Anti-Doping Organization "LAO NADO" under cooperation between KADA, KCC/KIST and LAO NADO on project Testing and Samples Analyis suported by KADA

on 23rd June 2024,  the Lao NADO had an anti-doping Education outreach on the occasion of running-walking to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the International Olympic Day this event was organized by the National Olympic Committee of Laos

Education Outreach Program on the 2nd Lao National University Game 

On 10-11/5/2024, the Lao NADO Education team had an Education outreach program on the 2nd Lao National University Game. This program was run at the Indoor Sports Center of the National University of Laos.  There were rattan ball players, petanque players, and other players, as well as the public from various parts more than two hundred people participated. In that, brochures and posters were distributed with information about prohibited substances, such as the rights and duties of athletes in anti-doping, testing process, list of banned substances, Anti-doping rule violations to participants, etc. Following the 2024 action plan of Lao NADO or Education Plan 2024.

The Lao Nado Education team had a session for Lao national athletes about banned substances in swimming, bodybuilding, and judo athletes. The event was held on 13/03/2024 in the Lao Nado meeting room on the 2nd floor. This meeting made the athletes aware of the history of the use of prohibited substances, the rights and duties of athletes in anti-doping work, the process of testing banned substances, the effects of using banned substances, prohibitions that violate the rules of prohibited substances, prohibited items and methods prohibited in-out competition and banning some types of sports, knowledge about testing Drug situations in the Global Dro system also allows athletes to play the game by arranging the content of the drug screening procedure in order and also answering questions to assess the understanding before participating in various international competitions.
