The GLDF Training Program for Testing

Mr. Noukai Sendthisack, Testing Officer of Lao National Anti Doping Organization, attended the GLDF Training for Testing roles, organized by WADA Education through SEARADO. Held in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from February 11–14, 2025, with virtual sessions before and after, the training aimed to equip anti-doping professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage testing programs in line with the World Anti-Doping Code. Supported by the Government of Japan, the program featured interactive sessions, e-learning, and networking opportunities for 14 participants from 12 countries. Led by WADA Education Manager Colin Allen and trainers from Sport Integrity Australia and JADA, the training covered key modules such as risk assessment, testing logistics, and sampling personnel training, using a blended learning approach to enhance professional competency in anti-doping management.
